Dominique Ansel’s Cronut Sends Reno Bakery A Cease And Desist Letter For Using ‘Cronut’ — Reno Bakery Trolls Them Back Online

The trolling is strong with this Reno bakery!

You may remember when Dominique Ansel created the Cronut that made people everywhere flock to his New York shop… well, a Reno, Nevada bakery was inspired to make their own!

But Ansel was NOT happy and sent the bakery, Rounds, a cease and desist letter to stop calling their goods “Cronuts,” since the commonly used term for a croissant donut is trademarked!

Rounds wasn’t amused though, and went next level with their responses, in this perfect Twitter apology:

Ansel hasn’t responded, though a picture of him waving a white flag would probably be sufficient enough. LOLz!

In the meantime, you can get in your Ford, err, we mean American-madevehicle, and head to Rounds and get yourself a #NotACronut.
